ENSURING CONSTANT OPERATIONAL SAFETY IS KEY

Once the assembly stage is complete, our service technicians perform electrical, mechanical and process-related commissioning.

To minimise risks, the system is subjected to many checks. The system is set to offer optimum performance in line with the individual operating conditions during a test run. Individual fine-tuning measurements are used to ensure agreed performance guarantees with regard to air volume, requisite equipment, sound pressure level, etc.

ROUND-THE-CLOCK PLANT AVAILABILITY

Remote monitoring is recommended in cases where plants are required to be available around the clock. Remote data transmission (RDT) makes it possible to perform ongoing diagnostics relating to the plant’s status. Sensors and visualisation equipment that are appropriate for the task in question display plant-specific process parameters and functions, thus allowing us to introduce optimisation measures at any time using RDT. This keeps incidents to a minimum as well as largely avoiding shutdowns. The risk of production downtimes is also minimised.
