Return air provides benefits for the deduster and lowers costs.
The deduster technology developed by Scheuch LIGNO is particularly efficient, powerful and reliable. Furthermore, the DeDustpro extinguishes fires itself by removing oxygen.
“Our extraction system was already very out of date, we had only added to it up to now. We therefore wanted a complete solution. As we are located in a residential area, reducing noise and dust emissions was also very important to us. We are very satisfied with the system. Everything works perfectly”, said Gerald Baldinger, owner and managing director of Tischlerei Baldinger.
Return air provides benefits for the dedustpro deduster
The production hall at the joiner’s workshop has been renovated and thermally insulated. As Tischlerei Baldinger changed over from exhaust air to return air, a grant could also be applied for. “I am very happy that we took Scheuch LIGNO’s recommendation for return air. We had different plans before that. It has many benefits for us”, said Gerald Baldinger.
The DeDustpro deduster was designed with a dust collection trough and a rotary valve. In addition, Scheuch LIGNO also installed a conveyance line to the silo with cyclonic separation. All slider valves work pneumatically.
Brandschutzlösung mittels Sauerstoffentzug
Beim DeDustpro können Brände durch Sauerstoffentzug im Entstauber gelöscht werden. Diese von Scheuch LIGNO bei Entstaubern erstmals angewandte und bewährte Technologie wirkt effektiv, sicher und dauerhaft. Dadurch werden bisherige Feuerlöscheinrichtungen bestehend aus Löschmittel, Thermoauslösung und Handauslösung hinfällig. Der Betreiber des Entstaubers genießt einerseits zusätzliche Sicherheit und reduziert andererseits seine Folgekosten durch wiederkehrende Wartungskosten für Löschmittel.

A reliable, state-of-the-art PLC is supplied as standard with the entire ligno DeDustpro series. It is easy and intuitive to operate thanks to the 7″ touch panel and a colour display that is clear and large.
