The Scheuch LIGNO pipe system product range has been developed from practical experience and based on requirements, and offers:
The most secure connection clip for any piping component
Absolute leak-tightness and high stability thanks to 3-point fastening
Thanks to the longitudinal seam welding production technology, Scheuch LIGNO achieves high fitting accuracy and exact roundness of the pipes. This improves stability and the leak-tightness of the entire pipe system. Cutting the pipes to length is also more leak-tight thanks to the single overlap. A special clip with side supports was developed for the pipe system. These side supports transfer the forces to the pipe and therefore relieve the flared joint. The shape of the clip and the seal (3-point fastening) enable you to achieve an extremely stable and leak-tight pipe connection.
The Scheuch LIGNO flare tool makes it easier to apply connection flares to pipes that have been cut to length. The tool’s special shape ensures that the flare is tilted at exactly the correct angle.
The clamp enables the piping components to be installed quickly and easily. At nominal widths of 80 to 180 mm, a joint makes is easier to apply, adjust and affix the pipe clamp. The adjustment screws are already pre-installed. The pipe clamp can be secured with an optional pin.
