The Scheuch LIGNO welding fume filters with selected filter cartridges have been developed especially for dedusting fine fumes from welding and cutting processes. Corrugated polyester media with nano fibre overlays provide significant benefits in comparison to standard filter cartridges. The higher separation performance that is guaranteed from the first second enables compliance with the legal limit values without problems. Filter service lives and energy efficiency also increase due to the low level of drag.

Energy efficient impulse cleaning
The Scheuch LIGNO impulse cleaning system (illustrated on the left) features outstanding effectiveness and energy efficiency. Using specially-shaped double jet nozzles and the online cleaning principle, filter cleaning is extremely efficient and gentle. This is achieved by the high share of secondary air. The low compressed air consumption results in longer cleaning cycles and therefore longer service lives for the hoses. Thanks to these attributes, the pulse cleaning system is an ideal solution for customers looking for efficient and cost-effective filter cleaning.
LIGNO Filter Tower
The Scheuch LIGNO filter tower features a compact and stable design and is ideal for small applications. The Scheuch LIGNO filter tower collects and cleans the emissions that occur during the welding process efficiently. The cleaned air volume is then returned to the production area at a low flow rate through the recirculation principle.

LIGNO compact cartridge filter
The Scheuch LIGNO compact cartridge filter features a compact design, scores highly with its space-saving design and is used especially for welding fumes and fine dust. The heart of the extraction system is the radial fan that is integrated directly into the cartridge filter. With a degree of separation of over 99 %, the Scheuch LIGNO compact cartridge filter is W3-certified and is therefore permitted to be operated in Germany in recirculation mode when processing chrome/nickel steels. The impulse cleaning system developed by Scheuch LIGNO ensures energy-efficient filtering.

LIGNO modular cartridge filter
The Scheuch LIGNO MODULAR cartridge filter is used for large production areas. With its optimised design, this filter enables a cascading arrangement of filter units with an impressive air output of up to 300,000 m³/h.
The Scheuch LIGNO MODULAR cartridge filter provides an efficient and reliable solution for separating dust and particle residues in the production hall. Thanks to its compact design, it only requires a small surface area for installation and is therefore particularly suited to areas with limited space available.
