New extraction system installed by Scheuch LIGNO with a capacity of 33,000 m³/h at Manigatterer GmbH in Peuerbach, Upper Austria.
“It was the most logical and best solution for us”
Existing ductwork reused
As part of the system expansion, new ductwork was installed for the CNC machine and panel saw, while the remaining existing ducts were reused. Due to a beam above the CNC machine, there was no space for the extraction hoses, so a side-mounted lip duct solution was implemented. The filter system was connected to the on-site conveyor system using a new supply fan.
For capacities from 6,000 to 40,000 m³/h
With the lignoCompactFilter, the air technology specialist delivers optimal extraction solutions for the whole woodworking trade and industry as it was specifically developped for catering to lower capacity ranges from 6,000 to 40,000 m³/h. Its compact design, high level of factory pre-assembly, minimal space requirements, and reduced noise emissions thanks to the integration of the fan into the filter housing are key features. Like the impulse filter, the lignoCompactFilter achieves a residual dust content of < 0.1 mg/m³.
lignoCompactFilter – minimal space requirements with maximum energy efficiency
The lignoCompactFilter brings Scheuch LIGNO’s extensive expertise in filtration and dust extraction technology to lower-capacity systems. In terms of energy efficiency and operational reliability, the impulse cleaning system sets the benchmark. The filter system’s low-pressure drop and the high efficiency of its integrated fans further contribute to energy savings.
