Extraction takes place in several positions on the ultra-modern robot CNC system in order to collect as many chips as possible. Two briquetting presses are also integrated, in which the chips are pressed to form briquettes.
The EtaMax impulse filter impresses thanks to its high efficiency, high reliability and low noise emissions. Two briquetting presses were also integrated into the system.
High reliability
An EtaMax impulse filter with two fans was installed at Leidorf GmbH. Extraction takes place in several positions on the ultra-modern robot CNC system in order to collect as many chips as possible. Two briquetting presses are also integrated into the filter system, in which the chips are pressed to form briquettes. The chip material can therefore be stored better and re-sold easier. The filter bunker is also used as the bunker for the briquetting press. Two briquetting presses were installed due to the large material quantity. This is also accompanied by high reliability. Furthermore, the EtaMax extraction system also runs very quietly.
A one-stop shop
“The cooperation with Scheuch LIGNO was very pleasant, fruitful and solution-oriented. We wanted both the extraction system and briquetting presses to come from the same supplier and not to have to mess around with other companies. And this really paid off”, said Alexander Leidorf.
“It was also important that we get the latest technology. We work with robots a lot. Therefore, our experience in the market when it comes to extraction is not that wide. I had only had good experiences with Scheuch LIGNO when it came to our first extraction system in the old factory. And I am now very satisfied with how the new extraction system has been implemented.”

Leidorf GmbH with its headquarters in Altheim in Upper Austria has made a name for itself as a specialist for plywood boards over the years.
