Extraction processes developed in-house for carbon fibre reinforced plastic and glass-fibre reinforced plastic material

Composite materials such as carbon fibre reinforced plastic and glass-fibre reinforced plastic material must be handled in a special way when it comes to extraction. Both have their special, needle-shaped form in common, which can only be extracted from the exhaust air using processes developed in-house for these with a high degree of separation. The ligno filter series has proven itself here as well.

Optimum surfaces thanks to selas painting

The composite materials used in the aerospace industry, such as aramid fibre reinforced plastic, carbon fibre reinforced plastic and glass-fibre reinforced plastic are normally shaped using grinding processed. The grinding booths required for this are the key pieces of the selas solutions from Scheuch LIGNO. Special precautions were taken in the ligno filter systems for these materials, which enable the highest possible degree of separation and maximum heat recovery from the cleaned air.

The final, optimum surface treatment rounds off the offering. The components get the last polish using the Scheuch LIGNO energy-saving painting systems (selas+).
