Dust extraction and disposal technology for numerous processing steps – purposeful and effective

Fine dust is separated reliably

Leather and textiles are mainly processed further by cutting. At first glance, this is a chip-free work process but the speed of the process causes a significant amount of fine dust despite this. Collecting and separating this is one of Scheuch LIGNO’s core competencies.

Problem-free disposal using a briquetting system

After tanning and colouring, leather is often cut to obtain a specific thickness and/or to achieve a specific surface structure. The dust that occurs when cutting is very light and optimised separation in the filter is therefore highly important. The ligno series is ideally suited to this. In conjunction with a ligno briquetting system, the leather dust can be disposed of without problems.
