LIGNO Impulse Filter

Solid and powerful, just like its applications

The Scheuch LIGNO impulse filters can be used for air quantities from 30,000 to 220,000 m³/h. In this filter series, the fans are installed upstream of the filter system and therefore operated as a pressure system (› segas). The solid design is predestined for use in harsh environments. Therefore, the majority of systems in the solid wood area are equipped with these filters. The solid design also reduces noise emissions and increases the systems’ service lives.

LIGNO EtaMax impulse filter

Smart & functional like your products

The Scheuch LIGNO EtaMax impulse filters can be used for air quantities from 30,000 to 220,000 m³/h. In this filter series, the fans are integrated into the filter system and therefore operated as a suction system (› sepas, › segus). The fans that are integrated into the filter head and the solid design reduce noise emissions significantly. The fans are controlled separately and provide redundancy in the extraction system.

LIGNO EtaMax impulse filter with external cleaning

The Scheuch LIGNO EtaMax impulse filters with external cleaning can be used for air quantities from 5,000 to 160,000 m³/h. This filter series is not made of galvanized sheets in contrast to all other filters in the ligno range. Here, 3 mm thick panels are used, which are primed and top-coated.

The LIGNO impulse filters with external cleaning are mainly used in pellet systems. As the dew point in the filter is often not reached, the aggressive ingredients that are released when pressing the pellets attack the galvanized parts in particular. This filter series is therefore best suited to all applications in which aggressive substances are to be expected.
