Extraction hood

Extraction hoods are mainly used for welding robots, as they are among the biggest air polluters in the production hall due to their high utilisation and the associated emissions. The welding fumes are captured in extraction hoods by a specially designed extraction device that surrounds the welding area and extracts the welding fumes directly at the source. The extraction hoods are individually adapted to the respective work area regardless of whether it is an automated process area or a manual workstation.

The extraction hoods from Scheuch LIGNO are individually adapted to the respective manual workstation or automated process. The extraction hoods can be fixed in place or directly on the robot.
